“65-Year-Old Arrested for Zopiclone Distribution in Cleveland”

Police arrested a 65-year-old man following incidents where multiple individuals required medical attention after consuming Zopiclone. Authorities detained the man under suspicion of involvement in distributing Class C drugs. Cleveland Police disclosed that the suspect has been released on bail with specific conditions as investigations progress. The arrest followed reports of several adults from Middlesbrough, Stockton, and Hartlepool being hospitalized due to severe reactions from taking Zopiclone.

Law enforcement stated that the adverse effects experienced by the individuals were likely linked to the consumption of Zopiclone. In an official statement, the police emphasized that Zopiclone should only be used under medical prescription and cautioned the public against taking it without proper authorization. They urged individuals with relevant information to report any details related to the incident to the authorities.
