Budget airline easyJet is set to introduce a new seasonal summer route from London Gatwick to the coastal town of Newquay, offering travelers quick access to Cornwall’s picturesque beaches. Known for its stunning golden sand beaches and popular surfing spots, Newquay attracts beach enthusiasts and water sports lovers. Starting from June 23, easyJet will operate this route with flights scheduled on Tuesdays and Saturdays until August 29. Ticket prices begin at £30.99 for a one-way journey, providing an affordable travel option for those seeking a beach getaway.

Comparing carbon emissions, a train journey from London Paddington to Newquay emits significantly less CO2 than a car or flight journey, highlighting the sustainability concerns associated with air travel.
