“Man Sought in Leicestershire Indecent Exposure Cases”

Police in Leicestershire are on the lookout for a man following reports from three women about incidents of indecent exposure in Loughborough. The incidents occurred over a two-month period, with authorities suspecting the same individual to be involved. The first incident was reported on November 25, when a woman in her twenties witnessed a man exposing himself on Forest Road around 6 pm.

Approximately a month later, on December 29, another woman in her twenties contacted the police after encountering a man indecently exposing himself on a footpath near Thorpe Hill before 10 am. The most recent incident was reported on January 15 of this year, where a woman in her twenties stated that a man exposed himself near Emmanuel Way just before 2 pm and proceeded to touch her.

An ongoing investigation is underway, with law enforcement treating these incidents as linked. Sergeant Stephanie Develing, the Deputy neighbourhood policing area commander for Charnwood, emphasized the importance of information sharing to aid in the investigation. Patrols, both uniformed and plain-clothed, have been increased in the area to offer reassurance and monitor the situation.

The authorities are conducting extensive inquiries, including CCTV analysis and witness interviews, to apprehend the culprit responsible for these acts.
