“Epstein’s ‘Lolita Express’ Flights to UK Linked to Prince Andrew”

Date:

Flight records from the Epstein files have unveiled multiple trips made by the disgraced financier on his private jet, known as the ‘Lolita Express,’ to the United Kingdom, including visits involving Prince Andrew.

Recent scrutiny of the millions of documents released by the US Department of Justice related to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation shows that he undertook 90 flights to and from British airports on his private aircraft, with several of these coinciding with confirmed encounters with the former royal. Prince Andrew has consistently refuted any accusations arising from his association with Epstein.

The bulk of Epstein’s flights occurred within North America, with some used for transporting his young victims between his residences in New York, the US Virgin Islands, and Palm Beach, Florida.

Here are notable instances of Epstein’s flights to the UK:

In December 2000, Epstein’s plane flew from JFK Airport in New York to Luton before receiving clearance to land at RAF Marham, close to the Sandringham estate. Photographs from that time captured Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and Prince Andrew on a shooting excursion. Another image revealed Andrew in a relaxed pose with a group, including Maxwell and other individuals, at Norwich Airport before their departure.

The journey commenced with Epstein, Maxwell, and 17-year-old Virginia Giuffre departing from Palm Beach, Florida. After stops in Canada and Paris, they were joined by interior designer Alberto Pinto, his sister Linda, architect Ricardo Legorreta, and an unnamed woman on their way to Granada, Spain, and then to Tangier, Morocco. The Pintos and the unidentified woman disembarked in Tangier, while the rest continued to London for a brief stay.

Giuffre, who passed away last year, alleged that she was taken to Maxwell’s residence in Knightsbridge and the Mayfair nightclub Tramp during this trip, where she claimed she was coerced into sexual activities involving Prince Andrew, who has consistently denied all allegations against him.

The controversial photograph of Prince Andrew with Giuffre, with Maxwell in the background, was purportedly taken at the Knightsbridge residence during this visit. Flight records from this journey also include passengers identified as ‘Roger’ and Emmy Taylor, Maxwell’s British personal assistant.

In the spring of 2002, Epstein’s aircraft landed at Luton Airport from Paris Charles de Gaulle airport, leading to a private meeting between Epstein and then-Prime Minister Tony Blair in London, arranged through lobbying efforts by Peter Mandelson. Mandelson described Epstein as a “friend” and an “advisor to the super-rich” in communications with Blair’s chief of staff, Jonathan Powell.

A memo detailing this meeting, allegedly suppressed by government officials for over two decades, was finally disclosed through a Freedom of Information request. In 2025, a representative for Blair confirmed the meeting, stating it lasted less than 30 minutes and occurred before Epstein’s criminal activities were widely known.

Following the meeting, Epstein’s jet departed for Nice in France. On July 14, 2006, the aircraft landed at Luton Airport ahead of a masked ball celebrating Princess Beatrice’s 18th birthday, held at Royal Lodge, the Duke of York’s Windsor residence. Photographs from the event show Epstein in costume alongside Maxwell and Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein.

Despite an active arrest warrant issued against him in the US for the assault of a minor two months prior, Epstein attended the party before departing for Paris Charles de Gaulle on July 18. He was apprehended in Florida just eight days after the birthday celebration.
