A woman alleges that she provided a private nude massage to Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor at Buckingham Palace. The former Duke of York reportedly arranged for professional masseuse Monique Giannelloni to enter the palace on a recommendation from Ghislaine Maxwell, a convicted sex trafficker. Giannelloni stated that she bypassed palace security without scrutiny and was escorted to Andrew’s room, where he appeared naked.
According to South African Giannelloni, the massage occurred in June 2000, just before Andrew assumed his role as a UK trade envoy in 2001. This position, held until 2011, coincided with his interactions with the late Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted sex offender.
In an interview with the Daily Mail, Giannelloni recounted the encounter, mentioning that Andrew greeted her in a robe before revealing himself nude. Despite feeling initially uncomfortable, she described Andrew as courteous and well-mannered during the session.
Giannelloni clarified that she had only massaged Andrew once and that Maxwell had facilitated their introduction. She recalled being contacted by Maxwell’s secretary in New York and later meeting Epstein during a bizarre conversation about a multimillion-pound island purchase.
After receiving payment for the massage from a Coutts account, Giannelloni claimed Maxwell hinted at introducing her to a prominent figure. Although she was familiar with Mountbatten-Windsor, she professed ignorance of Maxwell and Epstein’s backgrounds at the time.
Andrew has denied any knowledge of Epstein’s illegal activities during their friendship and refuted any allegations of misconduct.
