A British visitor passed away after falling headfirst down a staircase at a holiday apartment complex in Tenerife. The 24-year-old from Liverpool was discovered at the Playa de las Americas complex in the early hours of Saturday. He had reportedly attended a music festival with a friend the day before. The incident, which occurred at Parque Santiago 2, is believed to be a tragic accident. The victim, accompanied by a Polish companion, was found by a Spanish resident hours after the fall. Spain’s National Police confirmed the deceased individual was British and stated that the case is not being treated as a criminal matter. Authorities suspect the man, who had been to an electronic music event in Costa Adeje, may have accidentally fallen from the second floor.
