A tragic incident on a major Midlands road claimed the life of a seven-year-old boy named Isaac Radbourne. The boy was hit by two vehicles, a blue Vauxhall Mokka and a white Mercedes, on the A38 in Swinfen, Staffordshire, at around 5am on Saturday.
