Elderly man killed in Doncaster mobility scooter crash

An 85-year-old man tragically passed away after a car collided with his mobility scooter on North Bridge Road in Doncaster around 1:50 pm last Friday. The incident resulted in severe injuries for the elderly man before he was taken to the hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

South Yorkshire Police is appealing to witnesses and individuals with dashcam footage to come forward to assist in the investigation. The collision involved a white Toyota Estima car and the elderly man on the mobility scooter. The police expressed their condolences to the victim’s family and friends.
