The Sandringham property holdings, valued at £75 million, are financially supported by King Charles, who also covered the refurbishment expenses for Marsh Farm due to Andrew’s financial difficulties.

Tenants on the Sandringham estate abide by unique rules, including restrictions on fence construction and a strict policy against owning cats to protect the estate’s wildlife. Properties rented out by the King undergo a selection process based on the suitability of potential tenants rather than a first-come, first-served basis.
Marsh Farm, Andrew’s current residence, is located near the King’s main estate, undergoing renovations to make it habitable. Security measures, such as high fences and modern amenities like television and broadband services, have been added during the renovation process.
