“Teacher’s Social Media Posts Linked to Trump Attack”

Date:

An individual believed to be a teacher was found to have made disparaging remarks about Donald Trump on social media before allegedly carrying out an attack against the US president.

Cole Allen, aged 31, is set to face legal proceedings following the incident at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner in Washington DC on Saturday evening. The event, attended by numerous journalists, saw the sudden evacuation of Trump, Vice President JD Vance, and senior officials when Allen reportedly breached security and initiated gunfire within the premises.

Hailing from California, Allen, a part-time educator and game developer, was apprehended at the scene and is scheduled for formal charges in Washington today.

Recent revelations have brought to light multiple social media posts by the California Institute of Technology alumnus concerning Trump and his administration.

Using the pseudonym ‘Coldforce’ on the BlueSky platform, the same name linked to a manifesto shared by US media post-incident, Allen appeared to denounce Trump as a “sociopathic mob boss” and a “satanic idolater”.

In another post, he remarked: “Trump is essentially one of those antagonists who, if you defeat him decisively, he will align with your side. While this insight may not be actionable since it’s unlikely for him to mature under pressure, it could potentially be effective.” Additionally, a separate post criticizing JD Vance labeled him as “a piece of s**t” for reducing funding for Ukraine.
