Police have provided a significant update on the Golders Green attack where two men were stabbed, revealing that they are now also investigating an earlier incident.
A 45-year-old British man of Somali descent was apprehended for attempted murder following the stabbing of two men in Highfield Avenue. He was hospitalized initially but has since been discharged and taken into police custody in London.
Local officers, along with armed police and the London Ambulance Service, responded to the scene. The suspect tried to attack police officers and was subdued with a Taser before being arrested, with no injuries to the officers.
