“British Tourist Rescued from Sea, Hospitalized in Majorca”

A British tourist was swiftly taken to the hospital after being found unconscious in the sea at a holiday resort in Majorca. Lifeguards rescued the 47-year-old in Santa Ponsa near Magaluf just after noon yesterday when he experienced cardiac arrest. Off-duty firefighters assisted in reviving him as paramedics arrived to provide further medical attention.

The man was stabilized at the scene before being transported by ambulance to Son Espases Hospital in the Majorcan capital, Palma.
