A man in his 20s reported being sexually assaulted by an unknown assailant in the parking lot of Padworth Common Nature Reserve in Berkshire. The incident, which also involved the theft of £50 from the victim, occurred around 6:30 pm on July 9, according to Thames Valley Police.
The victim, who is receiving support from trained officers, described the suspect as a man with a local accent wearing white shoes. Detective Inspector Beverley Pearse, leading the investigation, emphasized the thoroughness of the inquiries being conducted to identify the offender.
Authorities are appealing to the public for any information related to the incident. They are particularly interested in receiving dash-cam footage from motorists who were in the area during the time of the offense.
