The Brunswick Complex, comprising the Brunswick Creek and Ainslie Creek wildfires, continues to impact the Fraser River area, leading to the closure of Highway 1. Firefighting efforts include a substantial deployment of personnel, equipment, and helicopters.
Several major highways remain closed due to the wildfires, including Highway 97 between Peachland and the Pyramid Picnic Area, Highway 1 north of Hope, and Highway 97 north of Cache Creek. Westside Road also remains closed due to the Bradley Creek Complex near Penticton.
