Recently, the United States Department of Justice has unveiled a photo that seemingly depicts Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor with a person associated with Jeffrey Epstein sitting on his lap.
The picture displays a man in a blue shirt and grey hooded jacket embracing a blonde woman, seated on his lap. The setting is believed to be inside Epstein’s residence in Manhattan, and the man bears a resemblance to the former Duke of York.
Another image features the same man seated with a different young lady standing behind him, her arms wrapped around his neck. Both females, recognized as Epstein’s victims by the Department of Justice, have their faces obscured in the released photos.
These photos, part of around 180,000 images disclosed under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, seem to have been taken in the dining room of Epstein’s New York estate.
Mountbatten-Windsor, aged 66, stayed at Epstein’s Manhattan residence for a week in December 2010. Despite claiming his visit was to bid farewell to Epstein in person due to his sense of honor, documents indicate the two were socializing during the stay and stayed in contact afterward.
Investigations suggest that the former duke was wearing similar attire to what he wore during a Central Park walk in December 2010, as observed in the photos. Notably, a red-and-white striped tablecloth in the dining room is also visible behind him.
Mountbatten-Windsor’s public life decline commenced following accusations of sexual misconduct by Virginia Giuffre when she was 17. The former prince has consistently denied these allegations, leading to the revocation of his royal titles by the King.
After the release of millions of Epstein-related documents, Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office in February. Allegations suggest he may have shared sensitive information with Epstein during his role as the UK’s trade envoy.
Additional information from emails implies that Epstein introduced Mountbatten-Windsor to young women following Epstein’s 2008 conviction. Emails suggest introductions to various women, including a 26-year-old Russian, and plans for dinners at Buckingham Palace with Epstein and accompanying women.
Epstein’s association with influential figures like Mountbatten-Windsor has been under scrutiny due to his connections in elite social circles. Furthermore, Mountbatten-Windsor was acquainted with Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s associate, who is serving a prison sentence for her involvement in Epstein’s crimes.
Epstein, arrested in 2019 on sex trafficking charges, died in custody, with his death ruled as suicide. Mountbatten-Windsor has refuted all allegations against him and remains in contact for comments on these matters.
