A man was fatally shot outside a prominent UK station over the weekend and has now been identified as Nahom Medhanie. Police responded to reports of gunshots on Chalton Street near Euston Station in London around 11 pm. Despite efforts by paramedics, the 26-year-old victim was declared dead at the scene. The Metropolitan Police disclosed that homicide detectives are handling the investigation. Surveillance footage revealed that Nahom was shot multiple times while seated in a white Nissan Juke by the assailant, who arrived and fled on a bicycle. The police continue their inquiries with no arrests made so far.
In a statement, Nahom’s family, supported by specialized officers, described him as a beloved son and brother, highlighting his humor and positive presence.
