“Jill Biden’s Ex-Husband Arrested for Wife’s Murder”

Jill Biden’s former spouse has been accused of killing his wife after a domestic altercation at their residence, authorities reported. Bill Stevenson, aged 77, was taken into custody and charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of Linda Stevenson, 64, on Monday, following an investigation by the New Castle County Division of Police that spanned several weeks. Responding to a disturbance call at the couple’s house in Oak Hill, Wilmington, Delaware, on the night of December 28, officers found Linda unresponsive in the living room. Despite efforts by emergency responders to save her life, Linda was pronounced dead later on. Bill has been formally charged with first-degree murder and has been apprehended without any issues, as per an announcement by the New Castle County Police Department. He is currently being held on a $500,000 bail. The exact cause of Linda’s death has not been disclosed yet. Bill was previously married to Jill from 1970 to 1975. Following their divorce, Jill later married Joe Biden, who went on to become the 46th President of the United States in 2021.
