“London Woman Deliberately Struck by Car in Abbey Wood Attack”

A woman was violently struck by a fast-moving car in what witnesses believe was a deliberate attack. The incident occurred in Abbey Wood, southeast London, where the victim, believed to be in her twenties, was forcefully thrown across the road while attempting to enter a parked vehicle. Video footage captured the moment a red car swiftly turned a corner and intentionally collided with the woman from behind.

Local residents quickly came to the woman’s aid, noting that the driver’s actions seemed intentional, leading to suspicions of targeted aggression. The Metropolitan Police have launched an investigation to identify the driver involved in the incident, which took place on March 8.

Medical personnel responded to the scene following the incident, and the victim, whose injuries were described as non-life-threatening or life-altering, was taken to a hospital for treatment. Subsequently, she was discharged from the hospital.

As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the incident. Witnesses described the event as a targeted assault, expressing shock and concern over the apparent attack on the woman.

A witness shared their dismay, stating, “It’s shocking to see that woman possibly being targeted. The driver didn’t stop, which is alarming. The whole community is in disbelief, especially considering the number of families and children in the area.”

The London Ambulance Service received a call at 4:30 pm on the day of the incident regarding a road traffic collision. Responding promptly, they dispatched an ambulance crew and medical staff to the scene, providing immediate care to the injured woman and transporting her to the hospital for further treatment.
