A tragic incident unfolded outside a residential building when a man fell from a flat window and was pronounced dead at the scene. The emergency response teams rushed to the location on Keal Avenue, near Great Western Road in Glasgow, following reports of the fall just before noon today.
Upon arrival, authorities confirmed the man’s death. Witness footage captured the presence of multiple police vehicles, vans, and medical personnel at the scene as a large cordon was established around the building. Law enforcement officers were observed behind the secured area.
Police Scotland has initiated an investigation into the incident, categorizing the death as unexplained. Ongoing inquiries are being conducted, with a formal report set to be forwarded to the Procurator Fiscal.
A police spokesperson stated, “We received a report of a man falling from a property window off Great Western Road in Glasgow shortly before noon on Sunday, March 1, 2026.
