Recent NASA briefings have brought to light discussions of a possible “alien star base” located on the Moon, as revealed in the latest release of UFO files. Audio recordings from a classified NASA meeting held after the Apollo 16 mission in the 1970s were made public during the third unveiling of UFO files on Friday. The Apollo 16 mission took place from April 16 to April 27, 1972, with astronauts John Young and Charles Duke being the first to explore the Moon’s highland region while Thomas “Ken” Mattingly orbited the lunar surface. In the audio recording, the teams discussed various topics, including gravity, laser measurements, and anomalies discovered during their exploration.
During the conversation, a discussion arose about a significant cavity near the Van de Graaff crater, an area known for its peculiar characteristics. A speaker mentioned, “In the backside of the moon around Fendi graph, that’s where we get our big hole.” Subsequently, the speaker made a curious suggestion, stating, “It could be an alien star base or something. Anyway, the next slide shows the front side of the moon.” The remark was made casually, following some laughter triggered by a comment about the “big hole.”
The batch of documents released on Friday consists of 72 files gathered from the FBI, CIA, and Pentagon, containing videos, testimonies, and artistic interpretations of described objects. These files, some dating back to the 1940s, cover various countries besides the US. President Donald Trump had previously released the initial two sets of files on May 8 and May 22, respectively.
Previous files detailed peculiar sightings of orbs in different parts of the US. One redacted file recounted an incident where two individuals observed a bright light in their backyard one evening. The account described the red color as brilliant and beautiful, noting that it was unlike any shade of red seen before. The red sphere was approximately 3 feet wide and had a “white plasma sun” at its center, roughly the size of a basketball. The same individuals reported seeing multiple white orbs flying over their house at a higher altitude weeks later. Another suspected UFO sighting was reportedly documented at Zimbabwe’s Harare International Airport in July 2008.
