The boy was hit by two vehicles, a blue Vauxhall Mokka and a white Mercedes, on the A38 in Swinfen, Staffordshire, at around 5am on Saturday. Despite safety measures in place, Isaac managed to access the northbound carriageway from his home, leading to the fatal collision.

Isaac’s family issued a heartfelt statement honoring the memory of the “beautiful young boy”. They described him as a loving child who will be deeply missed by his extended family and requested privacy to mourn their loss.

Both drivers involved in the accident cooperated with the authorities and are assisting in the investigation, as confirmed by a police spokesperson. The police emphasized the need to respect the family’s privacy during this difficult time and assured ongoing support for them.

Authorities are urging any witnesses or individuals with potentially relevant footage of the incident to come forward and assist in the investigation. Sergeant Chris Sweetmore of Staffordshire Constabulary emphasized the importance of gathering accurate information and discouraged speculative comments on social media.

The location of the incident, Swinfen, is situated south of Lichfield and is a key link on the A38 connecting Birmingham and Derby.
