Police are currently conducting an investigation following the discovery of a teenage student’s body in her university accommodation. The student was found deceased at Ribble Hall within the University of Lancashire campus, as confirmed by Lancashire Police.
Authorities responded to reports of a sudden death at Victoria Street’s halls, where the tragic incident occurred. The officers were notified at 1:15 pm yesterday and subsequently located the body of a young woman in her late teens at the premises.
The circumstances surrounding her death are under active investigation. A police spokesperson stated that they received a call regarding a sudden death at an address in Preston on Victoria Street. Upon arrival, they sadly found the deceased young woman and extended their condolences to her family during this challenging period.
