Using his social media platform, Truth Social, Trump announced that the United States and its allies are gearing up to broaden their operations against Iran. He emphasized that areas and factions in Iran not previously targeted are now being seriously considered for ‘complete destruction and certain death’ in response to what he termed as Tehran’s provocative actions.
In another post on social media, President Trump claimed that Iran had conceded defeat to its Middle Eastern neighbors and vowed to cease hostilities towards them, attributing this shift to continuous US and Israeli pressures. Trump asserted that this marks the first time in thousands of years that Iran has been vanquished by surrounding Middle Eastern nations, dubbing them as ‘THE LOSER OF THE MIDDLE EAST’.

Meanwhile, Trump is scheduled to convene with Latin American leaders at his golf club near Miami, underscoring his administration’s commitment to emphasizing US foreign policy priorities in the Western Hemisphere. The meeting, dubbed the “Shield of the Americas” summit by the White House, follows a recent bold US military operation authorized by Trump to apprehend former Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and bring him to the US to face drug-related charges.
