In retaliation, Iran reportedly launched strikes targeting Bahrain, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates. The U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) provided an update highlighting the completion of the third round of strikes against Iran, focusing on approximately 140 military targets to safeguard commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz. Following the events, Iran’s Revolutionary Guard declared the closure of the Strait of Hormuz until further notice, citing unauthorized vessel movements.
