Essex Police disclosed that two teenagers, aged 17 and 18, were apprehended on suspicion of causing serious harm through reckless driving and have been released on bail.
Authorities are urging any witnesses to step forward to aid in the investigation, as there was a sizable group of youths present at the scene at the time of the incident.
