A man has been taken into custody for an attempted child abduction at a recreational facility in Wales. South Wales Police responded to the incident at Merthyr Tydfil Leisure Centre after receiving reports of the man’s actions towards a young boy. The 82-year-old suspect, a resident of the town, was apprehended on suspicion of unlawfully detaining a child.
