Britons who had been stranded in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) due to the recent Iran attacks finally returned home on the sole flight available. The relieved travelers touched down at Heathrow Airport on an Etihad Airways plane on Monday evening, reuniting with their loved ones after days of uncertainty.
Among the returning passengers was Isabel Robertson, 29, who had been visiting friends in Dubai when the conflict escalated.
