An elderly gentleman, aged 84, has made history in Britain by becoming the oldest person to donate a kidney to a family member. Graham Sisson, a pensioner, made the selfless decision to donate his kidney to his son-in-law, Ian Tonks, who was facing a life-threatening situation due to kidney failure.
Ian, who is 49 years old, was given a grim prognosis of just a few months to live before Graham stepped in to offer his help. Graham expressed his happiness at witnessing the positive change in Ian’s life, emphasizing that he saw the urgency of the situation and wanted to assist Ian in reclaiming his health.
