“Greene Accuses Trump of Threatening Son”

Date:

Former congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene has made serious accusations against Donald Trump, claiming that he suggested she would “deserve” it if her son were harmed after she faced death threats for advocating the release of the Epstein files.

Greene disclosed these claims during a speech where she discussed the breakdown of her once-close relationship with the former US President. Known as a staunch supporter of Trump and a vocal figure in the MAGA movement, Greene alleged that the threats against her began after Trump labeled her a “traitor” during a disagreement over the disclosure of government files related to Jeffrey Epstein.

According to Greene, Trump, who had ties to Epstein, allegedly pressured officials not to release the files despite promising to do so while running for the presidency again.

Describing a phone conversation she had with Trump before a meeting to push for the files’ release, Greene claimed that Trump urged her to withdraw her support for the petition, dismissing it as a “hoax” orchestrated by Democrats and warning that releasing the files would harm his associates.

Greene further revealed that the threats against her escalated to include her youngest son after she was branded a “traitor” by Trump. She asserted that she forwarded the threatening messages to high-ranking members of the Trump administration, but received little response from some, including Vice President JD Vance and others.

Accusing Trump of blaming her for the situation, Greene alleged that he told her she deserved any harm that befell her or her son due to her perceived disloyalty. These statements have led to a public rift between Greene and Trump, marking a significant shift in their previously amicable relationship.

While Greene has not released the alleged text messages from Trump, her revelations have stirred controversy and raised questions about her former support for the ex-President. The disagreement over the Epstein files has strained their ties, leading to Greene’s resignation from Congress and a public denouncement from Trump.

In response to Greene’s claims, a White House spokesperson dismissed her allegations as an attempt to maintain relevance by attacking Trump, labeling her actions as part of “Trump Derangement Syndrome.” The White House did not directly address the specifics of Greene’s accusations.
