Tributes are being honored for a compassionate couple who met a tragic end following a car accident in Kent. Craig Pangrazi-Simpson, 64, and Elizabeth Pangrazi-Simpson, 60, were in a crash on the A228 Pembury Northern Bypass on May 18. The incident occurred between Tonbridge Road and Old Church Road, as reported by Kent Police.
The vehicle, a silver Renault Megane traveling from Pembury to Whetsted, veered off the road, entered woodland, and collided with trees. Craig, the driver, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Elizabeth, the passenger, was airlifted to a London hospital but succumbed to her injuries later on.
Family members have shared heartfelt tributes for the couple. Elizabeth’s sons, Josh and Jake, described their mother and Craig as exceptionally kind, joyful individuals who exuded warmth and laughter wherever they went. The couple’s dedication to family and willingness to go the extra mile for others were highlighted, leaving a significant void in the lives of those who knew and loved them.
Millie, Craig’s daughter, fondly remembered her father as a cheerful, gentle man who was adored by everyone he encountered. She emphasized his enduring kindness and the impact he had on those around him. Despite not being in touch recently, Millie expressed her eternal love for her father and wished for him and Elizabeth to rest in peace.
Authorities investigating the accident have urged the public to come forward with any dashcam or CCTV footage and information as witnesses. Kent Police’s online portal is available for uploading footage, while individuals can contact the force via phone or email with the reference HW/DGC/040/26.
