Emily Greenwood received the devastating news of having thyroid cancer after discovering a small lump in her neck while driving to university last September.
Initially dismissing the lump as a possible eczema-related issue affecting her lymph nodes, Emily’s condition worsened as she experienced extreme fatigue and a noticeable drop in weight. Concerned by these developments, she sought medical advice after finding a hard lump on her chin in January.
