A human torso was found abandoned beside a road near a popular holiday destination in Spain.
The gruesome discovery was reported yesterday morning near the quarry area of Pinos de Alhaurín, on the outskirts of Alhaurín de la Torre.
Alhaurín de la Torre is situated near Malaga on the Costa del Sol, a favorite spot for British vacationers annually.
An inquiry has been initiated following the incident, with one individual already detained by the Civil Guard, according to Malaga Hoy. The identification process is expected to be challenging as only the torso has been located.
