“Air Ambulance Crash in India Claims Seven Lives”

Date:

Seven individuals lost their lives following a tragic incident where an air ambulance crashed in a wooded area of India. The Beechcraft C90 plane, transporting a critically ill burn patient, veered out of control shortly after departing from Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand state, on February 23rd.

The aircraft was en route to New Delhi to offer advanced medical care to the patient, accompanied by a doctor, a paramedic, two family members, a pilot, and a co-pilot. Sadly, all seven occupants perished in the crash, as confirmed by the Associated Press.

Authorities have dispatched a team from the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau to probe the circumstances leading to the tragic event. Initial suspicions point to turbulence triggered by adverse weather conditions as a possible cause of the loss of control.

Eyewitnesses in the vicinity reported hearing a loud explosion before witnessing smoke billowing from the dense forest where the crash occurred. In India, air ambulances are commonly utilized to transfer critically ill patients from smaller towns to major medical facilities.

The deceased individuals’ bodies have been sent for postmortem examination as investigations into the accident continue.
