Having moved into her flat in July 2022, fulfilling her homeownership dream after relocating from Poland to the UK, Klaczynska found her belongings covered in mold, prompting her to seek assistance. Despite multiple inspections yielding no conclusive findings, she felt isolated and fearful of residing in a potentially life-threatening environment. Taking legal action against the landlord through dispute resolution specialists, she claimed negligence in addressing the mold issue.
Klaczynska’s persistence led to the discovery of extensive black mold in various areas of her flat by independent experts, confirming her suspicions.
