The 20-year-old frequently engages in “puppy play” activities with friends who act as her handlers. These activities involve running, ball chasing, and performing tricks in exchange for treats. Despite receiving odd looks in public, she finds it particularly frustrating when mistaken for a cat.
When recounting her experiences, Milk, a Twitch streamer, shared instances where people meowed or howled at her, emphasizing her preference to be recognized as a dog. She expressed confusion over why people take issue with her harmless behavior.
Raised in a household with a beloved Jack Russell named Monty, Milk’s fascination with being a dog began during her interactions with him. Her interest in alternative fashion and anime shows eventually led her to discover her affinity for the “kemonomimi” style, characterized by animal-like accessories.
After purchasing dog-like accessories, including fluffy ears and a tail, Milk debuted her new look at a party, receiving positive feedback from friends and family, except for her mother who was hesitant about her public appearance.
