“Disgraced Ex-Royal Andrew’s Lavish French Getaway”

Date:

Disgraced former royal Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has maintained a low profile since his arrest in February, opting to stay within the confines of the Sandringham estate to avoid public scrutiny while Thames Valley Police continue their investigation. However, recent reports suggest that Andrew ventured out for a getaway to France, courtesy of a wealthy Dubai businessman acquaintance. During this alleged retreat in rural Brittany, the ex-prince indulged in a luxurious vacation hosted by the UAE tycoon.

Despite facing controversies in recent times, the 66-year-old Andrew has consistently refuted any accusations of misconduct. According to a report from the Mail on Sunday, Andrew was reportedly invited by sportswear magnate Mohammed A Baker to spend time at his prestigious stud farm near St Malo, France, at the end of May.

Accompanied by a single bodyguard, Andrew is said to have flown from Norwich International to Dinard Airport in a private jet arranged by Mr. Baker. The former royal spent three days at the remote stable complex before returning on the evening of June 1. Activities during the trip included horseback riding on a French beach, playing boules in a historic courtyard, and savoring gourmet meals prepared by a personal chef.

Although the visit was intended to remain discreet, Andrew’s presence in the area became known to locals, including French racehorse trainer Arthur Desprez, who confirmed Andrew’s stay at Mr. Baker’s residence. Describing the trip as opulent, a farm worker revealed details of Andrew’s lavish weekend, highlighting the exquisite hospitality extended by their host.

Upon returning from the French excursion, Andrew was spotted driving near his residence on the Sandringham estate with a visible bruise on his face. Sources close to the prince indicated that the bruise resulted from a minor medical issue rather than any significant incident.

Andrew’s arrest earlier in the year stemmed from allegations of sharing confidential information with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein during his tenure as a UK trade envoy in the early 2000s. Thames Valley Police subsequently expanded their investigation into Andrew, examining various aspects of alleged misconduct, including claims of sexual impropriety and corruption, which the former royal vehemently denies.

For further comments on the matter, the Mirror has reached out to Andrew’s representatives. Andrew’s recent holiday escapade in France follows a period of seclusion after his arrest, marking a brief respite amidst ongoing legal scrutiny and public scrutiny of his actions.
