“Easter Thrills Await at Top UK Theme Parks”

Date:

As spring emerges, families gear up for the upcoming school Easter holidays by planning exciting outings. Theme parks like Alton Towers, Legoland, Chessington, and Drayton Manor are set to welcome visitors with new attractions, rides, and festive Easter events.

Easter festivities at Alton Towers kick off with the unveiling of the world’s first Bluey rollercoaster in CBeebies Land on March 28. The new ride, named Bluey the Ride: Here Come The Grannies!, promises an adventure through the Heeler’s back garden. Additionally, thrill-seekers can enjoy Alton Towers’ exhilarating Toxicator ride, launched in March 2025, for a thrilling upside-down, high-speed experience.

Chessington invites guests from March 28 to April 12 to join Bonnie Bunny for a Giant Easter Egg Trail and explore the park’s rides, including Chessington Zoo and the SEA LIFE Centre. Excitement looms as Chessington prepares to unveil its new World of PAW Patrol land in spring 2026, featuring kid-friendly rides, meet-and-greets with pups, and play areas.

At LEGOLAND®, young visitors can immerse themselves in 15 years of LEGO® NINJAGO® celebrations from March 28 to April 12. The park also commemorates its 30th anniversary throughout 2026 with special festivities, including the Birthday Brick Bash show and a colossal LEGO birthday cake.

Paultons Park’s Hoppy Easter 2026 event, running from March 28 to April 12, offers a chance to meet Bobtail and Betty Bunny amidst festive park decorations. Although the park’s new Valgard: Realm of the Vikings land won’t open for Easter, anticipation builds for its launch on May 16, featuring the first inverting rollercoaster, Drakon, and the UK’s inaugural Vild Swing ride.

Drayton Manor welcomes guests from March 28 to April 19 to the Care Bears Spring Celebration, featuring interactive activities, character meet-and-greets, and a themed show on the lake. Visitors can also explore Thomas Land, the zoo, and a variety of rides. Tickets for Drayton Manor can be booked until April 6, with additional dates to be released soon.

Exciting times lie ahead for families seeking fun-filled Easter adventures at these renowned theme parks.
