“EE Cuts Smart TV Prices for 2026 FIFA World Cup!”

Date:

EE is slashing prices on smart TVs in preparation for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, allowing football enthusiasts to enhance their viewing experience ahead of kick-off. Additionally, the mobile, broadband, and TV provider is running a promotion where customers who buy any TV from the EE website before the end of the World Cup on July 19 will have a chance to win tickets to a Home Nations football match in the UK. Winners can choose from games featuring England, Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland, with 10 pairs of tickets up for grabs.

Although the tickets are not for this year’s World Cup, they are for matches scheduled between September and December. Along with the ticket giveaway, EE is offering discounts of up to £500 on popular TV brands like Samsung, Sony, LG, and Hisense.

Among the discounted TVs, the Samsung QN93F QLED Mini LED 4K Ultra HD Smart AI TV is available at £1,999, down from £2,499. This model boasts exceptional 4K image quality on a large 75” screen and offers customers a chance to claim up to 20% Cashback from Samsung.

For those looking for more budget-friendly options, the Hisense A7QTUK QLED AI Smart TV starts at £309 and features QLED Colour technology for vivid visuals. It also utilizes an AI 4K Upscaler to enhance the image quality of older content to modern 4K standards.

As part of the Summer of Sport deal, EE is giving away free tickets to Home Nations matches between September and December 2026 to customers who purchase a smart TV from their website by July 19. These TVs come with discounts up to £500 and include features like a built-in subwoofer for deep, powerful bass.

Another notable TV on sale is Samsung’s Crystal UHD U8020F 4K Smart TV, starting from £229. This model offers enhanced 4K visuals and vibrant audio powered by the Crystal Processor, delivering optimal image quality in 4K UHD resolution and smooth picture quality for sports viewing with Samsung’s Motion Xcelerator technology.

One of the TVs eligible for the Home Nations tickets competition is the 55” Toshiba UV2F LED 4K Ultra HD Smart TV, priced at £249. It provides stunning detail with 4K Ultra HD and Dolby Vision, accompanied by immersive sound quality driven by Dolby Atmos and a 20W speaker output.

In a competitive market, Sky is currently offering a 20% discount on their Glass smart TVs, with the Sky Glass Air starting at £4.50 per month and the premium Sky Glass Gen 2 priced at £11 per month. Amazon has also revamped its Fire TV range, now known as Amazon Ember, and introduced the Ember Artline model with discounts of up to £270.

For customers considering the Hisense A7QTUK model, high ratings and positive reviews highlight its exceptional picture quality and sound performance. While some users find the sound slightly lacking, others praise the TV for its overall quality and ease of setup, making it a popular choice among consumers.
