Iran Launches Missile Strikes in UAE and Saudi Arabia

Iran has reportedly carried out missile and drone strikes in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Social media footage shows smoke rising from the Victoria base in Baghdad after a rocket attack. Dubai officials have confirmed multiple explosions in the city, with additional reports of blasts in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia’s Khobar. State media in Dubai confirmed explosions and attributed them to successful air defense operations.

There have been reports of planes circling near Dubai International Airport, though the reason remains unknown. Ten British citizens were arrested in Dubai for capturing images and videos of the attacks, with five individuals released after paying fines.

The Foreign Office advises travelers to Dubai against posting critical content online about the UAE government, companies, or individuals. President Trump recently warned of severe consequences for Iran and claimed the country had already been defeated. Iran’s Revolutionary Guard has announced plans to target the residences of American and Israeli officials in retaliation for perceived hostile actions.
