Princess Eugenie has reportedly ended all communication with her father, Andrew, amidst ongoing controversy surrounding his association with Jeffrey Epstein, the convicted pedophile. Andrew, who lost his royal titles last year, is said to be deeply upset by the estrangement from his youngest daughter.
Reportedly, Princess Eugenie, 35, has chosen not to engage with her father and did not visit him during the Christmas holiday. A source revealed, “There is no contact at all, nothing. It’s similar to the situation with Brooklyn Beckham – she has completely cut him off.”
In a recent development, Andrew faced exclusion during Christmas as his daughters, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, spent the holiday with other royals at Sandringham. While Beatrice is attempting to maintain a balance in her relationship with her father and the Royal Family, Eugenie has opted to completely sever ties with him.
Following the stripping of his royal titles in October, Andrew was compelled to relinquish the lease on his 30-room Royal Lodge residence. His belongings, including valuable artwork, are currently safeguarded in a South London facility with round-the-clock security.
Recently, a removal van was sighted at Royal Lodge, indicating Andrew’s imminent departure as he was reportedly given a deadline to vacate the premises by the upcoming weekend. Although Buckingham Palace has not confirmed the specifics, it is speculated that Marsh Farm in Norfolk will be Andrew’s new residence.
Both Andrew and his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, who shared the Royal Lodge since 2008, must vacate the property by the end of the month. Reports suggest that Ferguson is prepared to explore new living arrangements independently of Andrew’s relocation.
Sources disclosed that Andrew and Ferguson must vacate the premises by January 25. While Ferguson supported Andrew throughout, she is now ready for a change and is considering living separately. Eugenie’s residence in Portugal is being considered for Ferguson’s temporary housing.
Amidst these changes, significant activity has been witnessed at both the Windsor estate, where Andrew currently resides, and his prospective new residence on the Sandringham estate. Renovations are underway at Marsh Farm to ensure Andrew’s privacy and security.
The recent revelation of uncomfortable images of Andrew in the Epstein file dump has added to his challenges. Despite denial of any wrongdoing, Andrew’s association with the files has raised concerns.
