A 31-year-old woman, Carmen Romero, hailing from Tenerife in the Canary Islands, had a surprising experience when she sought medical attention for stomach cramps at the age of 24. Unaware of her pregnancy, Carmen was shocked to find out she was in labor and about to deliver her second daughter, while her first child was only one-and-a-half years old.
