Tragic Discovery: Child Found Lifeless in Doncaster Golf Course Pond

A tragic incident unfolded as a child was discovered lifeless in a pond at Owston Hall golf course, leading to a significant police inquiry. The emergency response was swift at the Doncaster, South Yorkshire location following the child’s disappearance reported on the previous day. Witnesses recounted a large-scale operation involving a police helicopter, drones, paramedics, and the air ambulance, although authorities have not revealed the child’s age or gender.

A statement from a South Yorkshire Police representative indicated that officers were alerted to the situation on March 30, with reports of a missing child in the Skellow area of Doncaster. Intensive search efforts, including the deployment of police drones and aircraft, resulted in the discovery of the child in the golf course pond. Despite the dedicated efforts of emergency responders, the child was tragically pronounced dead. The family has been notified and is receiving support from law enforcement during this distressing period.
