Trump intends to present his proposals at the World Economic Forum in Davos, emphasizing positive responses from invitees, including Putin.
While 11 countries have already signed up for the initiative, including the UAE, Bahrain, and others, France declined to join, leading to Trump’s threat of imposing tariffs on French goods. The Kremlin is evaluating the invitation, with Moscow consulting strategic partners before making a decision on participation.
