Exelby’s life took a tragic turn when she was discovered deceased in Marion County, Florida, after vanishing from her home in Portsmouth, Hampshire. In connection to Exelby’s death, Dwain Hall, a 53-year-old man from Marion County, has been apprehended on charges of first-degree murder and kidnapping. Hall maintains his innocence regarding the alleged murder of Exelby.
