Approaching the 30th anniversary of Melanie’s unsolved murder, Avon and Somerset Police are conducting a comprehensive review of the case. Initially having over 100 persons of interest, the list has been narrowed down to fewer than 20, and investigators plan to re-interview alibi witnesses to confirm their accounts.
Melanie’s father Steve, mother Pat, and sister Dominique have issued a direct plea to the killer and anyone with information, emphasizing their unwavering commitment to seeking justice for Melanie. They urge the public to share any details related to her disappearance, stressing the need for additional assistance in solving the case.
