According to a statement from the General Authority of Civil Aviation in Kuwait, delivered by spokesperson Abdullah Al-Rajhi, a drone targeted Kuwait International Airport. Emergency protocols were promptly activated to ensure the safety of passengers and staff.
The official announcement emphasized that the airport suffered limited material damage to the passenger building (T1) and minor injuries to some workers.
