“Aerodiana Plane Crash in Peru: 13 Lives Lost”

An aircraft operated by Aerodiana airline crashed in Peru, resulting in the tragic deaths of all 13 individuals on board. The incident occurred near Nazca city when the plane went down in a field. The flight was part of a sightseeing tour of the Nazca Lines, ancient geoglyphs etched into the Nazca desert centuries ago by Indigenous people.

The plane departed from Ica and belonged to Aerodiana, a Peruvian company specializing in scenic flights over the Nazca Lines for over a decade. According to Peru’s Ministry for Trade and Tourism, the passengers included 11 foreign tourists and two crew members, with nationals from Germany, Spain, and Italy among the victims.

Authorities in Peru have launched an investigation into the crash. The Provincial Municipality of Nasca expressed deep condolences to the families affected by the tragedy and clarified details surrounding the aircraft’s operation at the time of the accident.

Aerodiana also released a statement expressing profound sorrow over the unfortunate incident and pledged full cooperation with the ongoing investigations. The company assured that safety has always been a top priority and emphasized readiness to assist in any way necessary. Flight operations are under review in compliance with regulatory directives.

As of now, the victims’ identities remain undisclosed pending formal procedures.
