Two women were injured when a car crashed into a café while they were enjoying coffee. The incident occurred at Bakers Choice on Watsonia Road in Melbourne, Australia. The collision, captured on CCTV, showed the women being thrown from their seats by the impact. One woman was trapped under the vehicle, which also struck the adjacent cafe. She was taken to Royal Melbourne Hospital in serious condition, while the other woman was transported to Austin Hospital. Fortunately, both women are now in stable condition.
A witness from a nearby barber shop described the chaotic scene following the crash, mentioning screams and loud noises. The driver of the white Toyota Camry, which was parked near the outdoor seating area, lost control while driving away. Despite the severity of the incident, Victoria Police confirmed that no charges were filed.
