Police in Liverpool have initiated an investigation following the discovery of a deceased man in his 30s on a residential street. The man was found on Kersey Road in Kirkby around 12:50 pm, with authorities currently treating the death as “unexplained.”
Witnesses reported seeing the man lying on the ground before a cordon and several white tents were set up at the location. A resident nearby mentioned that the man, who had facial injuries and was without shoes, was found by his friend’s daughter.
A spokesperson from Merseyside Police confirmed the ongoing investigation into the man’s death in Kirkby. The report came in at 12:50 pm on Saturday, June 27, after the North West Ambulance Service discovered the man deceased on Kersey Road. The area has been cordoned off, and the circumstances surrounding the death are still under investigation.
