Authorities have confirmed that a woman’s body was found in a pool at Sandwell Valley Country Park. The West Midlands Police are providing support to the woman’s family during this tragic event. Emergency services conducted extensive search efforts after the woman was reported missing in the water around 4:30 pm.
In a statement, the police mentioned that specialized teams from the fire and rescue department retrieved the woman’s body from the water. Unfortunately, despite efforts, she was pronounced dead at the scene. The police stated that the woman’s death is not considered suspicious at this time and that they will be coordinating with the coroner.
